Do I own my website?+
Yes. Once it's paid for, the website and your web address are yours. There's no long contract and no exit fee.
What happens if I don't want the monthly support?+
That's fine. The support plan is optional, and we'll help you take over the running of your site if you'd rather look after it yourself.
What's included in the £50 a month support?+
Hosting, security and software updates, help by phone or message, and up to 30 minutes of text and photo changes each month.
Is there a cheaper option if my site rarely changes?+
Yes. For one-page contact sites that rarely change, we offer hosting, domain renewal and security maintenance for £150 a year instead of the monthly plan.
Can you redesign my existing website?+
Yes. We rebuild and modernise old sites for the same fixed prices, and you keep your existing web address.
What do I need to give you?+
Details of your services and the areas you cover, some photos of your work, and your logo if you have one. If you don't, our Site + logo package includes one.
Can we meet face to face?+
Yes. We're in Hereford and happy to meet in person anywhere in Hereford and surrounding areas, or chat by phone or WhatsApp.
Will my site show up on Google?+
Every site is set up with Google Search Console and Maps so Google can find it. Nobody can honestly promise a top ranking, but we give you a solid start.
How many changes can I make before it goes live?+
Every site includes 2 rounds of changes before it goes live.
How long does it take?+
Most sites go live within 1–2 weeks of your go-ahead.
